Primus Walden's has invested in a number of 5-axis CNC machining centers that provide the
ability to more efficiently manufacture parts with complex surfaces. Powerful
NCL multi-axis machining software allows generation of very sophisticated and
specialized 5-axis tool paths. This technology enhances Primus Walden's ability to
minimize costs and maximize efficiency by reducing set-up time and decreasing
cycle time.

| PROGRAMMING |
Primus Walden's utilizes NCL and Catia V5 Programming Systems with 5-axis motion and 3-D
sculptured surface capability and Varimetric's 3-D parametric solid and surface
modeling software. All CAD-CAM seats have been upgraded to the latest version
of POSTWORKS by NCCS. Electronic data can be translated in the form of IGES or
Native CATIA. Furthermore, Primus Walden's experienced staff has undergone extensive
training on the programming system implemented.
